CSO Thomas J. Massone served as a past President of USCSO from 2011-2026 and does now serve as Assistant Business Agent. CSO Massone was also President from 1998 – 2006, USCSO Vice President-at- Large 2009 – 2011, and one of the founding members of USCSO.
